Dive Friends, 

We can barely contain our excitement for our Monday night (July 24th) shindig at Larakin!  We think this event will sum up most closely what Dive is all about and the experience we aim to bring. It will be a casual PARTY with a great selection of wine and food and most importantly a gathering of good friends sharing good times.  We are elated to do this with our friends from Gramona - a family that has been making long-aged, biodynamic sparkling wine for over 150 years.  We will have 5 wines available by the glass from Gramona and a special, chillable red from L'Enclos de Peralba (6th generation cousins Roc and Leo Gramona) as well (wine list attached).

Our Chef Alex Chen has put together what aims to be the most exciting menu to date at Dive (see attached! and drool for former Ah-Ma's fans). He has pushed our beverage pairing expertise into overdrive for this wine list.  Look for chillable reds, claretes, rosé, and whites that are electric and savory at the same time.  We have added Breton cider, a white wine spritz and a couple of our favorite back vintage wines and Champagnes from previous events. And of course we will have bumps of Kaluga caviar and shots of Manzanilla Sherry for your pleasure! It is a small but mighty list of bangers for the full on Good Times, Good Wine, Who Cares experience.

If you haven't been to Larakin yet, you are doing it wrong!  Jordan and the crew here are bringing great vibes, amazing coffee, and a killer wine + food program to Atlanta.  They have graciously opened up their little space and MASSIVE outdoor patio/deck for us to do our thing.  Everything will be ordered at the counter and I imagine we will have a line for a while.  All in all just get ready for a good time - we will bring it at 5pm.  Let us know if you have any questions - this is one night only so no bottle reservations - all first come first served until sold out!
